Many individual's facing these challenges struggle not only with internal conflicts, but with the stress and pressures of the outside world as well. You want lasting change and feel with the right support you can find not only yourself, but your path in life as well.
These areas have become my emphasis as a clinician, working collaboratively with clients in assisting them to grow and embrace their own lives with wonder and curiosity. I employ a positive existential & reality therapy approach, placing an emphasis on discovery and awareness while integrating aspects of other approaches to individualize therapy.
We will all encounter challenges that shake the foundation of who I am / who I want to be. Through my background working in community mental health providing individual, couples, and family therapy with clients I have found that often times all we need is a little support to illuminate our inner strengths needed to live a full and happy life.
