About
When you’re struggling with relationship challenges, self-doubt, or perfectionism, these issues can contribute to frequently feeling stuck or "not good enough." Oftentimes such issues have originated from past adverse events which continue to impact the present and can contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress. Everyone has the innate capacity to heal and I view my role as a guide to support you through this process by helping you tap into your inner wisdom.
I provide therapy to individual adult clients with a specialization in working with emerging and young adult women. My approach is thoughtful, strengths-based, warm, and collaborative. I utilize an interpersonal process approach which is integrative and allows me to tailor my treatment to best suit your needs.
An important component of our work together is empowering you to utilize your strengths and build self-compassion as well as other coping skills in order to change problematic patterns and enhance your quality of life. My goal is not to just help you survive, but also to help you thrive, which is a process I feel privileged and excited to engage in with you.
I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, United Healthcare and Aetna. I can also accept other insurance plans as an out-of-network provider.
