I work with women and men of all ages who are struggling with anxiety, past traumatic or toxic experiences, eating disorders, and grief & loss. I'll help you find hope and direction when you are struggling and feel stuck. We’ll work together to give you tools you can use on a daily basis between sessions, and work on the underlying issues that are causing you distress.
My clients tell me they appreciate coming to my office as a safe space where they aren’t judged and can talk freely. They appreciate my listening ear, helping them see things in a different way, and feeling encouraged for their future.
In addition to tak therapy, I incorporate EMDR, Animal Assisted Therapy with my therapy dog, Lola, art therapy and DBT skills. Most importantly, I meet you where you are, with whatever you are capable of today. Maybe today you are able to make the call and walk into my office, and that’s all. You can sink into my couch or kick back in my rocker, and find your breath. Grab a blanket. Cry, talk, or just be. It’s up to you. I’ll be here, ready to hear your story and help you give it voice, when you’re ready.
