I've been called the "Velvet Steamroller" because of my open and honest communication style, but I always speak the truth in love. I use an eclectic blend of CBT, REBT, motivational interviewing, and other modalities to help reframe negatives into positives. I don't accept insurance but my rates are comparable to many copays. I have over 25 years in public mental health work and offer sessions three evenings per week, two Saturday per month, and four weekdays, making it convenient for most people.
